got this because I saw a video that said if you put mustard oil on your belly button at night while you sleep, it will help prevent chapped lips. It sounded ridiculous, so I had to try it. So... um... yeah... it works. The theory is that it absorbs better through the belly button. But I did notice that when I forgot to use it, my lips got more chapped and when I started using it again it got better
