RIGEL OIL EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY?
To claim for the returns or exchanges, you have ten (10) days from the date of delivery if the product you get is:
- The product is stained, damaged, incomplete, or defected.
- The product/s must have the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached and unused.
- The product received does not match.
An important note:
Products purchased directly from the Rigel Oil website must be returned to our Customer Support Services department for a return and full refund to be made. Unfortunately, we are not providing online purchases returns in-store currently.
This facility is only applicable to orders delivered within the UK. As far as international orders are concerned, kindly contact our customer care center, and our team will surely try to help you out in a possible way.
Refunds and Exchanges on a discounted product or during a sale are ONLY offered in case the product you collected does not match the product you have ordered.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURNS?

Please note that the cost price of returning the items to us is your responsibility.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
Following our affable Return Policy, we aim to proceed with all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt.
During busy periods, for your returns to be processed, please allow up to 14 working days.

OUR REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide refunds. Still and all the cases where we won’t be able to provide an exchange or any solution, we may offer a refund.
However, for REFUND, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Depending on the mode of payment, the minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days.

Customized orders reservations include alterations and “made to measure products” that CANNOT be exchanged or refunded. If you receive an incorrect measurement or pro, we expect you to send us pictorial evidence of the fault in alterations, and we will try to fix the issue.
